The separate controls operating each pan allow you to choose temperatures individually. Your food will remain at a constant warming temperature, or even cook to your desired texture and taste. Includes specially designed glass lids with steam vents, and a built in thermostat containing a blue indicator light, which assists with maintaining desired temperature. Pans have a non-stick finish for easy clean up.
